Monroe, a 17-year-old French-American singer born in 2008, gained fame after winning the eleventh season of the French talent show Prodiges in 2025. This win led to a contract with Warner Classics and the release of her debut album, showcasing her classical and crossover talents.

In her Eurovision entry, 'Regarde !', Monroe's performance is anything but traditional. Beginning on a platform surrounded by smoke, she showcases her vocal prowess while moving along a 30-metre catwalk, illustrating a dramatic narrative that unfolds through a series of visual spectacles.

The rehearsal featured dynamic choreography, as Monroe interacts closely with her five dancers, who represent a conflict within her performance. Dual climactic endings punctuate her act with fireworks and smoke displays, enhancing the emotional depth and urgency of her song.

For costume design, Monroe embraces a blend of modern and romantic styles, with a striking white ensemble complemented by her dancers in black. This aesthetic maintains a black-and-white theme that resonates throughout the stage visuals.

The singer’s next rehearsal is set for May 9, providing an opportunity for a deeper glimpse into France's preparations for the main event. Given her rich artistic background, much anticipation surrounds how Monroe’s performance will evolve as she aims for Eurovision glory.
